Ticket Fees: We are dedicated to keeping all fees reasonable in order to encourage access to the arts. An additional convenience fee is charged by our third party ticketing system (Etix), based on a percentage of the ticket price. Fees are non-refundable.
Refund and Exchange Policy

You are allowed to exchange your event tickets. All exchanges must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance of a performance, and is dependent on availability. All ticket sales are final with no refunds.
Ticket Delivery

Tickets purchased by phone will be held at will-call. They can be picked up prior to the event or on the day of event.
Print-At-Home Tickets

Available option through online purchase. The patron is responsible for this ticket and must have it to enter the theatre. Please verify that all information on your print-at-home ticket is correct. Due to security restrictions, for “.edu” email addresses, we cannot ensure that you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Please print your tickets from the Order Confirmation page when checking out.

Students from any school receive the Student discount price for JLC Performing Arts events. Student tickets are also available for online purchase, by selecting "Student" in the dropdown box.
