The longest running Carpenters tribute in North America celebrates its 11th anniversary with a return to the JLC. Singer and Lake County resident Lisa Rock and her 6-piece band honor Karen Carpenter’s legacy while also paying homage to the moving, infectious music of The Carpenters, recreating some of the most memorable songs of the 70s, including “We’ve Only Just Begun,” “Rainy Days and Mondays” and of course, “Close to You.”

Considered America’s premiere large brass ensemble, this internationally acclaimed group of virtuoso artists reflects the diversity in America, dedicated to the belief that music is a gift to be enjoyed by everyone. Formed on the streets of New Orleans, the diverse “dream team” of musicians unites for a celebratory and joyful concert, performing Brothers on the Battlefield: The Power of Love. This memorable evening of music promises to break the usual barriers between genres, creating an intimate connection between the performers and audience.

The quintessential and beloved family classic returns for our annual holiday tradition. Audiences will be transported to the beautiful Land of Snow and the magical Kingdom of the Sweets in this magical story of a little girl heroine, her mysterious grandfather, playful toy soldiers, daring mice and dancing snowflakes. This iconic, full-length production was originally choreographed by Ruth Page herself, and features the elite company along with international guest artists.
