Everyone attending a performance at the James Lumber Center is required to have a ticket.

Buyer Types

  • Regular: Adults 18-64 years old

  • Senior: 65+ years

  • Military 

  • Students


Facility Fees

  • There is a $2.00 JLC Facility Fee for each ticket purchased, for all events held in the James Lumber Center. This fee is non-refundable and will be used to help upgrade the JLC facility and equipment

Convenience Fee

  • A convenience fee of $2.00 per ticket will also be assessed by Choice Ticketing, for all online ticket sales.


Refund and Exchange Policy

  • You are allowed to exchange your event tickets. All exchanges must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance of a performance, and is dependent on availability. All ticket sales are final with no refunds.


Ticket Delivery

  • Tickets purchased by phone will be held at will-call. They can be picked up prior to the event or on the day of event. 


Print-At-Home Tickets

  • Available option through online purchase. The patron is responsible for this ticket and must have it to enter the theatre. Please verify that all information on your print-at-home ticket is correct. Due to security restrictions, for “.edu” email addresses, we cannot ensure that you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Please print your tickets from the Order Confirmation page when checking out.



  • Current CLC Students are eligible for $15 tickets for most performing art series events in the JLC Theatre. Students must present a valid, current CLC student ID or class schedule to receive this discount. Student tickets are also available for online purchase.
