ABOUT THE SHOW:

Multi-time IBMA award winner and mandolin pioneer Sam Bush, is widely hailed as the father of  “newgrass” music.  

 

Once a child prodigy fiddler, Bush now continues his musical journey by blending bluegrass tradition with rock, jazz and reggae to create innovative, sounds that keep audiences entranced.  

 

Bush rose to prominence as co-founder of the groundbreaking  New Grass Revival before launching a celebrated solo career that has spanned decades. 

 

Along the way, he’s performed with icons like Emmylou Harris and Lyle Lovett, and received multiple music awards, including the Americana Music Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Instrumentalist.  

 

Known for his electrifying stage presence and genre-defying musicianship, Bush continues to captivate audiences and inspire generations, making every live performance an unforgettable experience.
